| FGA undertook this mixed use development in central Takapuna, one of Auckland’s most desirable beachside locations. The complex comprising sixty two and three bedroom apartments is just a short stroll to the beach, abundant cafes and boutique shopping.
With parking on the lower levels, the five level building has a central courtyard and covered landscaped atrium, providing residents with year round outdoor living. Retail occupies the ground level on the south facing street side, with the apartments all facing north. The overall concept is based on FGA’s successful Maison development nearby. |
