| Taking an innovative approach to difficult conditions, old houses and rubbish were removed from this disused site and replaced by high density polystyrene fill. The resource consent process was necessarily a highly involved and complicated process.
The resulting project represents a clever balance between maximising land use and the desire to create high quality living environments for the owners and occupiers of these nineteen two and three bedroom terrace houses. |

The name Habitat was chosen to reflect the great living environment within which the apartment complex is constructed. These central Takapuna apartments were a very successful development with all sold off the plans before construction commenced. |
