The brief for this project was a mixed use new build with maximum flexibility for retail, office and the opportunity for apartment conversion in the upper levels. It comprises a site straddling Crowhurst Street and Kent Street, linked through to busy Teed Street by a walkway.

Designed for a staged construction, the Teed Street building can stand alone; the Kent Street building has two lower levels of carparking using double height stackers to best utilize space. A large central void provides natural light to both buildings and connects the upper level office spaces.

The design of Godall Building was further refined through the Urban Design Panel process. The result has a projected five star green rating, with bike stands and lockers for commuter tenants, as well as being near central rail links.

The site is currently tenanted with the original single level buildings.
